Section 1

Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on the cj33 platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. For age verification, cj33 may request a national identity card, passport, or equivalent identity document at any time. Providing a false age will result in the immediate closure of the account and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all benefits, including bonuses, may be cancelled.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and complete. If any information changes, notify the support team immediately. Providing incorrect or false information will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

1.4 Password Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify cj33 support immediately. cj33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from the user's negligence.

Section 2

Account Use Policy

cj33 services must be used for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, collusion (secret agreements with other players), or system manipulation.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Bonus abuse — that is, attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus wagering requirements.
• Using another user's identity or managing their account on their behalf.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If any such activity is detected, cj33 reserves the right to close the account without notice and take legal action.

Section 3

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at cj33 is ৳100 (the same for each method). Currently accepted payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's popular mobile wallet.
• Nagad — Mobile financial service by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal to be completed:

• Account verification must be completed.
• If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met, the withdrawal may be held.
• The withdrawal method must be the same payment method used for the deposit.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, cj33 reserves the right to carry out additional verification.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on cj33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). There is currently no facility for transactions in foreign currencies.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at cj33, you will receive a 200% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳22,000, you will receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after ৳50,000 in bets.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are provided for personal use only.
• cj33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• In the case of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, the bonus will be cancelled.
• It may not be possible to have multiple promotional bonuses active at the same time.
• Specific terms for each bonus can be found on the promotions page or through support.

Section 5

Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on cj33 — slots, live casino, table games, fishing games, and cricket betting — are operated through certified game software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own betting limits. The minimum and maximum bet information is displayed in the game interface. Users may only place bets within the set limits.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a problem occurs during a game due to an internet disconnection or software error, cj33 will determine the result according to the game provider's logs. cj33 is not responsible for issues caused by the user's device or connection.

5.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

For cricket or other sports betting, results will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the relevant betting rules. No bets are accepted after the betting market has closed.

5.5 Game Cancellation

If a game result becomes unreliable due to a technical error, cj33 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bets.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming

cj33 takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming is an entertainment activity; it should not be seen as a source of income.

• Never bet beyond your means.
• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please contact the support team.
• cj33 can temporarily suspend your account or activate self-exclusion at your request.
• Make use of the deposit limit-setting feature.

Privacy & Data Protection

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the cj33 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is covered by the intellectual property rights of cj33 or its licensors. No part of this content may, without written permission from cj33:

• Be copied or reproduced.
• Be used for commercial purposes.
• Be distributed or published.
• Be modified or used to create derivative works.

Limited permission is granted for personal, non-commercial use, but attribution to the source is mandatory.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

cj33 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however cj33's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Service interruptions due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Errors by third-party software or payment providers.
• Loss caused by the user's negligence or breach of terms.
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• Game outcomes — gaming always carries risk and there is no guarantee of winning.

cj33 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Section 10

Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 cj33's Rights

cj33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Direction from legal authorities.

10.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance in the account; however, any bonus portion may be cancelled if the bonus conditions have not been met.

Section 11

Amendment of Terms

cj33 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via email or a notice on the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after any amendment, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. Therefore, it is recommended that you check this page regularly.

The date on which an amendment takes effect will be noted at the top of this page as "Last Updated".
